Archita kids participated in the “Children’s City” camp

We recently returned from a 6-day camp, where 12 children from Archita participated, as part of our project. The camp was called “Children’s City – Barcut”, and the little ones were “hired” to do a job: some were firefighters, doctors, DJs or journalists, another was a mayor or a tailor, other children made and sold jewelry or they made lemonade. At the end of each day they got paid and learned that work is rewarded. Most of their money went on chocolate chip pancakes and necklaces for moms at the end of the day. Others put their money in the bank and get it the next day with interest. It was a successful camp for everyone, full of new experiences.
