Workshop no. 1️⃣ / 04.06.2021
Last Friday, before noon, on June 4, I happily organized in the village of Archita, within the project ȘURA – Laboratory of experimentation and inclusive civic involvement, the first non-formal education workshop with the youngest representatives of the community. Divided into two groups, the enthusiastic children enjoyed the prepared knowledge activities, meant to make the little ones work a lot in a team.
For it was C-U-N-O-A-Ș-T-E-R-E (get to know each other) that was the basic word of the workshop.
We took this opportunity to meet the future members of the ȘURA club and to present the project to them leisurely. They all said goodbye to the workshop with a smile on their face and the promise that they would definitely return next Friday.
We thank the management of the Vinatori General School for the openness shown in the good organization of this workshop.
In June and July, the Mihai Eminescu Trust Foundation conducts every Friday, together with inspirational volunteers, non-formal education workshops for students of grades I-IV and V-VIII, in order to enroll in the Civic Club “Șura” which will be launched next year.
➡️ The project “The BARN – Experiential Laboratory for Inclusive Civic Engagement” is implemented by the Mihai Eminescu Trust Foundation with the financial support of the Active Citizens Fund Romania, programme funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through EEA Grants 2014-2021.
